Major Cities: 3-5 business days
Other Areas: 5-7 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be:

Unworn and in original condition
In original packaging with all tags, stickers, and protective films intact
Accompanied by all original documentation (warranty cards, certificates, manuals)
In the original box without any damage

Refund Process

Damaged or Defective Items
